Definitions and key terms

  • Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to WowVendor, that is responsible for your information under this Refund Policy.

  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the WowVendor Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

  • Service (Boost): refers to the service provided by WowVendor as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  • Website: WowVendor’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: https://wowvendor.com/

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with WowVendor to use the Services.


Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at WowVendor. We appreciate the fact that you are interested in our services. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our boosts.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at WowVendor. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at WowVendor, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with WowVendor’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 weeks to issue a refund.

If you would like to cancel your order, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines.

General Terms

  • The refund can be issued partially as store credit and real currency. The company reserves the right to decide the final amount.

  • Real currency refunds cannot be issued if it’s been more than 14 days since the day of purchase.

Full Refund

  • Full refunds can only be issued for orders that haven’t been started.

  • Services will be deemed to have started once a booster has been assigned to complete the service and connected with the customer in the game.

Partial refund

  • A partial refund won’t be issued if the company has evidence of a customer's non-cooperation. For example, missing a scheduled time without notice.

  • The amount of a partial refund will be decided depending on the current progress of the service. The company reserves the right to decide the final amount.

Price Updates

  • If the prices on the website have been updated, the company isn’t required to refund the difference.

  • If the prices of the pre-order services have been updated, the company can offer a store credit for the price difference. However, the customer will no longer have the benefit from a pre-order such as high priority to start their service.

Account Suspensions

  • In case of suspension caused by a self-played service, the company is not required to refund the completed services. Self-played services are safe. However, the company reserves the right not to admit its fault, since it cannot control the customer’s actions in the game.

  • In case of suspension caused by a self-played service, the customer can request a partial refund for the unfinished part of their order.

  • In case of suspension caused by an account-sharing service, the customer is required to agree that they are responsible for their account safety and accept the risks. Full refunds are not provided for the account-sharing suspension cases.

  • In case of suspension caused by an account-sharing service, the customer can request a partial refund for the unfinished part of their order.

  • In case of suspension caused by an in-game currency service, the customer is required to agree that they are responsible for their account safety and accept the risks. Refunds of any type are not provided for in-game currency suspension cases.


Specific Services

We at WowVendor, commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best services. Every single service that you choose is created by our Content Department with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our services.

Sadly, there are times when we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you won't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

As a company that provides services for video games, we highly depend on the game creator's Terms of Service. Because of that, we must adjust our services to any game changes regularly. We don’t take responsibility for the decisions that game companies make. Therefore, this Refund Policy is created to protect the customer’s and the company’s interests.
