By using our Website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy and its terms.

Order cancellations and refunds are only possible if the conditions outlined below are met.


Return & Exchange

WowVendor provides digital services. Due to the nature of these services, returns and exchanges are not available.
Once an order is placed, the customer confirms that they wish to receive the selected service. After a service has been completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

While returns and exchanges are not possible, refunds may still be available for every order in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.


General Refund Terms

  • Refunds may be issued partially as store credit and/or to the original payment method, at the WowVendor’s discretion.

  • Refunds to the original payment method cannot be issued if more than 60 days have passed since the purchase date.

  • Orders paid using cryptocurrency can only be refunded via USDT or store credit.

  • Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 3 days to process.


Full Refunds

  • Full refunds are only available for orders that have not been started.


Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds will not be issued if there is evidence of customer non-cooperation (for example, missing a scheduled time without notice or not following the rules of a particular service).

  • The partial refund amount depends on the service's current progress.

  • WowVendor reserves the right to determine the final refund amount.


Price Updates and Pre-Orders

  • If service prices change on the Website, WowVendor is not required to refund the price difference.

  • If the price of a pre-ordered service changes, you may request a refund of the difference:

    • As store credit with an additional 10% value, or

    • As a direct refund to the original payment method, covering only the price difference.

  • If you refund a pre-order and later repurchase the same service without the pre-order benefit, you will lose priority status and your place in the queue.


Service Availability

WowVendor strives to provide high-quality services created with care by our Content Department. However, in rare cases, we may be unable to complete a service due to circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, your order may be canceled, and you will be notified in advance.

As our services depend on third-party game developers and their Terms of Service, we do not take responsibility for changes or decisions made by game companies.

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or internal policies. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
