What is an additional raid run?

Additional raid run is a part of the guarantee for services, that have a guaranteed amount of items. For example, the Advanced and Premium option for Normal and Heroic raids provides a guarantee for a certain amount of items in different slots.

The amount of guaranteed items

  • With an 'Advanced' option, you are guaranteed to get 2 items.

  • With a 'Premium' option, you are guaranteed to get 4 items.

  • In addition, we also have a separate raid service named 'Deluxe run'. This service guarantees:

    • At least 4 items from the raid with 10 unsaved boosters option

    • At least 6 items from the raid with 20 unsaved boosters option

    • At least 7 items from the raid with 26 unsaved boosters option

How does it work?

  • If the guarantee wasn't met, meaning the customer received less than the promised amount of loot from the raid, they are eligible for an additional full raid run next week.

  • The additional run will be scheduled and completed without any additional payments.

  • For the 'Competition Free' option, the first additional run will be with competition-free guarantee as well.

  • If it will take more than one additional run for the 'Competition Free' option, next runs after the first will be just with Armor Type Reservation instead.

  • The order will be considered complete only when the customer gets the chance to receive the guaranteed amount of items that were included in the order.

Additional information

What will be counted for the guarantee

  • All armor from the reservation, even if the customer desires not to roll for it

  • Weapons, tier tokens, and off-set items for the main spec, but only if the customer received the item (with winning roll or by trading)

What won't be counted for the guarantee

  • Weapons and off-set items for the off-spec
